Baking. One of my favorite things to do! :) Helps that the hubs and I are total foodies!

In order to bake you need one really important ingredient…. FLOUR! Now, for all you  Gluten Free bakers out there you have probably tried all different types of premixed all-purpose flours.

We have resorted to mixing our own, as some of the flour is available in the bulk section of the health food store! WOOOHOO! (you can probably imagine our excitement!!)

So, our top multi-purpose flour blend is from Art of Gluten Free Baking (we love this website. All of her recipes are amazing!!)

Jeanne’s Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix

1 1/4 C (170 g) brown rice flour
1 1/4 C (205 g) white rice flour
1 C (120 g) tapioca flour
1 C (165 g) sweet rice flour (also known as glutinous rice flour or under the brand name, Mochiko)
2 scant tsp. xanthan gum

We love to use this flour blend in just about everything!!! So, grab a large container and mix your flour! woot woot!
